Ewing Atheltics Team Up With Outlawz, Available Now
Outlawz Ewing Sneaker Special Edition
Ewing Athletics announced they’ve partnered with legendary hip hop group the Outlawz. The special limited edition will feature special packaging and branding via Outlaw University.
The Outlawz a group formed by Tupac Shakur was more than a hip hop group. Many of the members were close childhood friends and blood relatives to Tupac.
Outlawz were featured on various Tupac albums such as Me Against The World, All Eyez On Me and Killumati 7 Day Theory. Their 1999 collaboration album ‘2Pac & Outlawz Still I Rise’ went on to reach platinum status. Despite the demise of some of its members, the Oultawz have remain strong.
Steve Lobel was also key in the collaboration. Steve not only a former manager to the Outlawz, but has also worked with other artists such as Run DMC, Fat Joe, Bone thugs n harmony, Sean Kingston, Souljah Boy, Mann and Nipsey Hussle.
“Steve Lobel is a long time play maker in the game, Young Noble and myself were ready for the Lob. Ewing is a brand with longevity, with a signature style. We have that in common. It made sense to link up”, EDIDON of the Outlawz speaking on the collaboration.
Ewing Outlawz sneaker collaboration are now available in the form of a white and black rendition of the Ewing 33 Hi.
