EDIDON Responds To Offset Apology

Offset Didn’t Have To Apologize

In a recent uproar regarding Offset’s lyric where he states “I cannot vibe with queers” from his Boss Life song, Offset himself has apologized.

“I didn’t write the line about gay people. I have said before since these issues before that I got love for all people. My passion for fashion has lead me to a lot of gay people around me who i have mad respect for and we are very cool so I’m not in a place where I’m hating like that,” Offset explains.

DJVlad toke to twitter to announce the apology which garner response from many. One of those reponse came from Outlawz member EDIDON.

EDIDON felt Offset shouldn’t have to apologize for his lyrics.

EDIDON and his Outlawz comrades who are no stranger to controversy, toke to instagram to explain his comments further.

‍♂️ This “New World” we live in is super sensitive and it’s getting more ridiculous By the day! A whole bunch of whiny ass grown people. “He said this, so I’m offended…” Somebody’s career can be destroyed because of a mistake or misunderstanding or stating how they really feel. Last year I received backlash for the first time in my 20 plus years in this business. Called all type of stuff, (crows being my favorite) people went as far a creating whole websites and songs to express deep rooted displeasure with me and my partners business/personal decisions. I blocked over 100 passionate individuals who threw personal shots at me. A waste of time really. And Guess what, life went on my advice… Build a fuckin bridge fam!
